Step onto Broadway and you're at the start of a very active strip — shops, bars, coffee, and food running north. Head up it and it only gets busier: the on-ramp to Capitol Hill proper.
📍 1158 Broadway
A block north, past The Garage. Taproom pours with a rotating food truck parked out front.
📍 1130 Broadway
Billiards and bowling lanes in a converted auto shop.
Want the opposite of the strip? Seattle U is a block the other way — the quad, the botanical and Healing Gardens, and Steven Holl's Chapel of St. Ignatius. (If you rode up from the Sorrento stop through campus, this is the back door.)
Boards on Broadway and runs the other way entirely: down through First Hill to the International District / Chinatown. A clean transfer to dim sum, Uwajimaya, and a whole different afternoon.
